The Chambers of Sahil Monga is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate for its New Delhi office, with joining from 1 October 2026. The opportunity is open to candidates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and offers hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of litigation practice.
• Draft pleadings and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes
• Attend court hearings across different forums
• Assist in preparing legal opinions
• Assist in briefing Senior Counsel
• Handle e-filing and procedural compliances
• Undertake litigation-related administrative work
• Develop independent legal thinking, drafting and courtroom skills
• 0–2 years PQE
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Pro, SCC Online and Manupatra
• Prior achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research or publications preferred
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to improve consistently and take increasing responsibility
