The organisation is hiring a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Community Mentor for a full-time remote position. The role is suited to litigation professionals with substantial drafting experience who enjoy teaching, mentoring and interacting with learners.
• Help learners build a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution
• Conduct live online classes and coaching sessions
• Manage and engage with online learning communities
• Interact with students and guide them through litigation-focused programmes
• Speak with prospective learners and understand their learning requirements
• Answer questions and provide guidance throughout the learning journey
• Help learners understand practical litigation concepts and skills
• Experience drafting 100+ petitions in previous professional work or for clients
• Genuine interest in mentoring and helping others succeed
• Comfortable conducting live classes and coaching learners over calls
• Good screen presence and confidence while communicating
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Litigation/dispute resolution experience and practical drafting exposure
