Navi Finserv Limited is seeking Legal Support Executives for a part-time, field-based engagement across multiple cities in India. The role involves accompanying Navi's on-ground personnel to borrowers' addresses, physically serving legal notices and professionally explaining their contents to recipients.

The opportunity may be suitable for recent law graduates, advocates' clerks, paralegals and retired court staff seeking flexible legal work.

• Accompany Navi's on-ground personnel to borrowers' addresses
• Physically serve statutory legal notices
• Explain the contents of notices accurately and professionally
• Address queries raised by recipients regarding the notices
• Serve in-house notices issued by Navi
• Undertake assigned field visits within city limits
• Maintain professional conduct during notice-service activities

• Fluency in Hindi, English and the regional language of the relevant city
• Working understanding of legal notice procedures
• Familiarity with Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional conduct
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork within city limits
• Suitable for recent law graduates, advocates' clerks, paralegals and retired court staff

Additional Information
