The organisation is hiring a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Community Mentor to help learners develop a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution. The role combines legal mentoring, live teaching, community management and learner guidance.
• Teach learners the fundamentals of litigation and dispute resolution
• Conduct live online classes and coaching sessions
• Guide learners through litigation-related learning programmes
• Manage and engage with online learner communities
• Interact with students through calls and online sessions
• Answer learner questions and provide practical guidance
• Help learners understand litigation skills and professional practices
• Support learners throughout their learning journey
• Litigation professional with substantial practical experience
• Experience drafting 100+ petitions in previous jobs or for clients
• Genuine interest in mentoring and helping others succeed
• Comfortable conducting live classes and coaching over calls
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• Good screen presence and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with a genuine interest in remote work are preferred
