The Department of Justice is inviting applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Consultant (Legal) on a contractual basis. The position offers an opportunity to work with the Government of India on legal matters and assignments handled by the Department of Justice.
• Provide legal assistance and consultancy on matters assigned by the Department
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist in preparation and examination of legal documents
• Provide support on legal and policy-related matters
• Undertake assignments and responsibilities entrusted by the Department
• Law degree / relevant legal qualification as prescribed by the Department
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirements specified in the official recruitment notification
