Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors is a New Delhi-based law office handling a wide range of litigation and advisory matters. The Chambers provide practical legal training through active involvement in court proceedings, legal drafting, client interactions, and strategy discussions across multiple areas of law.
• Assist in legal research and drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
• Attend court and tribunal proceedings across India
• Participate in client meetings and case strategy discussions
• Support advocates in handling litigation and advisory matters
• Conduct case law and statutory research
• Assist in preparation of case files and legal documentation
• Penultimate or Final Year students of a BCI-recognized LL.B. programme
• LL.M. candidates are also eligible to apply
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution
