A Y & J Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Immigration Paralegal. This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates based in India who are interested in UK immigration law. The selected candidate will assist the legal team with immigration case management, legal research, drafting, and client communication.

  • Collect and organize client documents for immigration applications
    • Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
    • Draft legal correspondence and immigration-related documents
    • Respond to client queries and provide case updates
    • Maintain accurate case records and documentation
    • Provide administrative and legal support to the immigration team
  • • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or relevant qualification preferred
    • Strong legal research and drafting skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • Interest in UK Immigration Law
