AELEX is inviting applications from experienced lawyers to join its Insolvency, Dispute Resolution (Litigation), and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice teams. The roles provide an opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters alongside experienced legal professionals.
Advise clients on matters relating to the relevant practice area
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Represent and assist clients in litigation, insolvency, or regulatory matters, as applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on complex legal issues
• Ensure timely and effective management of legal assignments
