Food Safety and Standards Authority of India is a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. It is responsible for regulating and supervising food safety standards across India. 

  • Legal and policy research.
  • Analysis of food regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Preparation of reports and briefing notes.
  • Assistance in regulatory and administrative matters.
  • Research on food safety legislation and policy initiatives.
  • Support to FSSAI divisions on assigned projects.

    ✅ Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

    ✅ Master of Laws (LL.M.)

    Students pursuing full-time graduate or postgraduate programmes from recognized institutions are eligible. Law students are specifically eligible for internships at FSSAI Headquarters
