Valeron Ridge is involved in real estate and redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The internship is connected with an SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) Redevelopment Project, providing exposure to one of the most active areas of Mumbai's real estate and infrastructure sector. 

  • Conduct legal research on SRA and redevelopment regulations.
  • Assist in title verification and property due diligence.
  • Review land and redevelopment documents.
  • Support drafting of agreements and legal correspondence.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory filings.
  • Prepare legal notes and case summaries.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders when required.
  • LL.B. students (preferably 3rd year onwards in a 5-year course).
  • LL.B./LL.M. graduates may also apply.
