How to Apply

The internship is offered under the guidance of an Advocate-on-Record (AoR) practicing before the Supreme Court of India. The office handles matters involving constitutional law, civil disputes, criminal matters, service law, arbitration, commercial disputes, and special leave petitions before the Supreme Court and other judicial forums.

  • Conduct legal research on constitutional, civil, criminal, and commercial law issues.
  • Assist in drafting legal notes, briefs, and research memoranda.
  • Analyze judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts.
  • Support preparation of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, and other court filings.
  • Prepare case summaries and legal updates.
  • Assist in reviewing legal documents and pleadings.
  • Work on assigned legal and policy research projects.
  • Participate in discussions regarding ongoing litigation matters.
  • Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Good legal drafting and writing abilities.
  • Interest in constitutional law and Supreme Court litigation.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Prior internship experience in litigation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
