  • Law students (LLB / BA LLB / LLM) or CA / CS / CMA aspirants
  • Prior exposure or interest in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (preferred, sometimes mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of corporate law and insolvency concepts
  • Good research and drafting skills
  • Candidates with CIRP / liquidation / IBC experience will be preferred
