  • Assist in implementation and coordination of research project activities.
  • Conduct literature reviews and policy analysis.
  • Undertake primary and secondary data collection.
  • Conduct field visits, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with government departments, academic institutions, and civil society organizations.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and dissemination events.
  • Maintain project records and databases.
  • Assist the Principal Investigator and project team in administrative and research-related work. 
  • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Education, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in research or academic project coordination.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
