The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority is a statutory body under the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar. It is responsible for the development, management, and promotion of industrial infrastructure across Bihar and plays a key role in facilitating industrial growth and investment in the state.

  • Handling litigation and legal proceedings involving BIADA.
  • Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Providing legal opinions on industrial and commercial matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating with advocates, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assisting in policy implementation and legal risk management.
  • Supporting dispute resolution and arbitration-related matters. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
  • Relevant post-qualification legal experience.
  • Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or government-related legal matters is desirable.
  • Strong legal drafting, research, and litigation management skills.
