Phoenix ARC Private Limited is an Asset Reconstruction Company engaged in the acquisition and resolution of distressed assets, debt recovery, and financial restructuring. The company works closely with banks, financial institutions, and NBFCs to manage non-performing assets and recovery proceedings.

  • Handling matters under the SARFAESI Act, DRT Act, and NI Act
  • Managing cheque bounce cases and banking litigation matters
  • Drafting legal notices, pleadings, applications, and documentation
  • Coordinating with advocates, courts, tribunals, and enforcement agencies
  • Assisting in property possession and recovery proceedings
  • Maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reports
  • Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.)
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
  • Minimum 3+ years of legal experience
  • Experience in banks, NBFCs, recovery firms, or related legal practice preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms
  • Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for court hearings and possession drives
