The Office of Justice Vikram Nath is inviting applications for judicial internships at the Supreme Court of India on a rolling basis for multiple 2026 slots. This internship provides practical exposure to constitutional litigation, legal research, judicial functioning, and Supreme Court procedures

  • Conducting legal research and case-law analysis
  • Assisting in preparation of briefs and legal notes
  • Observing Supreme Court proceedings
  • Supporting judicial and research-related assignments
  • Learning court procedures and constitutional litigation processes
  • Assisting in drafting and analytical work
  • Fresh law graduates
  • Final year students of 5-year LL.B. programme
  • 3rd year students of 3-year LL.B. programme
  • Applicants must be available for the complete internship duration of the selected slot
