Legal Parth Associates primarily works in borrower advisory, loan settlement assistance, banking advisory, anti-loan harassment matters, SARFAESI proceedings, and loan arbitration matters. The organisation focuses on providing legal and regulatory support in banking and financial dispute-related matters.

  • Client counselling and preliminary case evaluation
  • Assisting in loan settlement and restructuring matters
  • Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations
  • Supporting SARFAESI and arbitration-related matters
  • Preparing complaints before RBI and Banking Ombudsman
  • Conducting research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks
  • Law Graduates (Batch of 2025 preferred)
  • Final-year students of 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes
  • Interest in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations, and the SARFAESI Act
  • Strong communication and legal drafting skills
  • Prior experience in banking or financial advisory matters preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
