The Nation First Policy Research & Change Foundation (NFPRC) is a policy-focused think tank working in the areas of governance, regulatory reforms, and evidence-based policy research. The organisation conducts in-depth research to assist government institutions in reviewing existing policies, designing new frameworks, and evaluating the impact of public schemes. It operates through multiple centres, including the Centre for Law, Policy and Governance.

  • Conduct detailed country-specific and comparative legal research on election systems
  • Study constitutional provisions, legislative frameworks, and regulatory mechanisms
  • Analyse global case studies on synchronized elections
  • Prepare research briefs, background notes, and analytical reports
  • Assist in drafting policy-oriented research outputs for the ONOE project
  • Support team in legislative and governance-related research tasks 
  • Law students or recent graduates preferred
  • Strong interest in constitutional law, governance, and public policy
  • Good research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in policy research or legislative work is an advantage
