The National Law School of India University established the JSW Centre for the Future of Law in 2024 with support from the JSW Foundation. The Centre focuses on interdisciplinary research, academic learning, and policy engagement in areas such as law and technology, artificial intelligence, governance, corporate regulation, environment, and legal system reform. 

  • Conducting interdisciplinary legal and policy research
  • Assisting in drafting research papers, reports, and policy briefs
  • Supporting research projects related to law, technology, and governance
  • Literature review, legal analysis, and data compilation
  • Assisting faculty members and research teams in ongoing projects
  • Participating in workshops, seminars, and academic discussions
  • Contributing to publications and institutional research outputs 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Prior research/writing experience preferred
  • Interest in law, technology, governance, or policy reform
  • Good communication and drafting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in research projects
