Square Circle Clinic is a criminal justice initiative operating under NALSAR University of Law. The organisation works on pro bono defence for death row prisoners and undertrial inmates while also conducting research on issues related to forensics, mental health, torture, legal aid, and criminal justice reform. The Clinic has offices in New Delhi, Pune, Nagpur, and Hyderabad.
• Assist in criminal justice and legal aid research
• Work on projects related to forensics, mental health, and torture documentation
• Support legal research and case-related work
• Contribute to policy and advocacy initiatives
• Assist the team in documentation and communication tasks
• Gain exposure to criminal justice reform and pro bono legal work
• Students enrolled in UG/PG programmes in Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Psychiatry, or Media & Communication may apply
• Preference will be given to candidates from the listed disciplines
• Candidates interested in criminal justice and legal aid work preferred
