Deepak Sasar & Associates is a Pune-based law firm handling matters related to Direct and Indirect Taxes, Customs, Narcotics, Civil Laws, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Debt Recovery, and related litigation matters. The firm provides legal advisory, drafting, litigation, and representation services before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal vetting and research work
• Assist in conveyancing and litigation matters
• Handle matters related to taxation, customs, narcotics, banking, and finance
• Appear before Courts, DRT, ITAT, JMFC, and other forums
• Assist in filing procedures and court-related work
• Support prosecution and briefing work related to Income Tax matters
• Candidates must possess an LL.B./LL.M. degree
• Candidates with 1–5 years of work experience preferred
• Freshers are also eligible to apply
• Good command over English language required
• Knowledge of Marathi language will be an added advantage
• Prior litigation experience preferred
• Candidates should possess organisational and deadline management skills
