EverTrust Legal is a Mumbai-based law firm primarily engaged in civil and commercial litigation along with commercial and contract advisory services. The firm provides practical litigation exposure and works across multiple courts and forums in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Draft litigation pleadings, applications, notices, suits, complaints, replies, contracts, and related documents
• Appear before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane
• Assist the insurance team in case assessment and drafting work
• Support filing, execution, and other litigation-related processes
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, and counsels
• Attend client meetings and assist in case preparation
• Review contracts and legal documents
• Ensure timely compliance with court filings and procedural requirements
• Mumbai-based candidates only
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification litigation experience preferred
• Law graduates with prior litigation/dispute resolution internship experience may also apply
• Women returning to legal practice after a career break are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal drafting required
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra preferred
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling across courts and forums in Mumbai
