The selected Associate will:
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
Assist on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, and reorganizations
Support general corporate advisory matters
Conduct legal due diligence and research
Prepare initial drafts of transaction documents
Assist the team in deal execution and transaction management
