Vaish Associates Advocates is inviting applications for a Lawyer specializing in Labour and Employment Laws to join its Mumbai office.
The role involves providing employment advisory services, handling contract documentation, and offering legal counsel on labour laws, including the Labour Codes, along with general corporate matters.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
2–3 years of core experience in labour and employment laws
Experience in employment advisory, contract documentation, and legal analysis
Sound knowledge of labour laws, including the Labour Codes, and general corporate matters
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong academic and professional credentials
Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, and communication skills
