HN Legal is inviting applications for the position of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its growing practice in Mumbai. The role offers extensive exposure to civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
The Associate will be responsible for:
Conducting legal research
Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and court/arbitration-related documents
Assisting with case preparation and client coordination
Supporting partners and senior associates in litigation and dispute resolution matters
Assisting in court and arbitration appearances
