They assist their clients in Corporate Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Negotiations along with a whole range of legal services including hearings at Courts/Tribunals, Arbitration proceedings, Securing & Defending Intellectual Property Rights, Client briefings and Conferences, Opinion(s) and Guidance, Agreement and Contract drafting, Research work, Legal Audits, Due diligence and several other related activities.

NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from serious and committed law students for internship positions at our New Delhi office for the month of February 2026.

  • Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program, OR
  • Final year of a 3-year LL.B. program
  • Punctual, disciplined, and committed
  • Strong research & drafting skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Adaptability & eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
