CWY is inviting applications from qualified Advocates to join their legal team.

CWY is looking to hire a practicing Advocate with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our on-site legal team at Karkardooma, Delhi. The role involves court appearances, drafting, research, and handling matters across multiple areas of law. This position is ideal for advocates who have basic court exposure and are looking to strengthen their litigation and drafting skills.

  • Regular appearances before the  Delhi High Courts , Various District  Court and Tribunal in Delhi
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and agreements
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case brief
  • Assisting in arguments and case strategy
  • Managing case files, listings, and procedural timelines
  • Client coordination and follow-ups

Minimum 6 months of hands-on professional experience

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Proven ability in legal drafting

Good typing speed with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
