Assist in drafting and reviewing standard contracts, loan agreements, NDAs, and vendor/service provider agreements
Maintain and update legal document repositories and templates
Conduct legal research on banking laws, RBI circulars, regulations, and case laws
Provide preliminary legal opinions and notes under supervision of senior counsel
0–3 years of experience in a bank, NBFC, corporate legal team, or law firm
Fresh law graduates with internships in banking/finance may also be considered
