The role involves working in Government Child Care Institutions under the Women and Child Development Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervision, care, discipline, and day-to-day management of children residing in the institution, ensuring their safety, welfare, and rehabilitation in accordance with applicable laws and child protection guidelines.
Supervision and care of children in government child care institutions
Ensuring compliance with child protection laws and institutional guidelines
Maintaining discipline, safety, and daily routine of residents
Coordinating with authorities and institutional staff
Supporting rehabilitation and welfare programs for children
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
Candidates with academic background in Law / Social Science / Psychology / Sociology are eligible
Knowledge of child welfare laws and institutional care preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare institutions / government or semi-government organizations dealing with children (as specified in the notification)
