Advise clients on domestic and offshore banking and finance transactions
Work on various financing structures including structured debt transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with clients, lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders
Assist partners in transaction structuring and closing processes
Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Law graduate from a recognised university
4–5 years of relevant experience in banking and finance practice
Prior experience with a law firm or financial institution preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and transactional skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
