  • Support advocates in managing litigation across NCLT, High Court, arbitration panels, City Civil Court, and tribunals.
  • Conduct targeted research on insolvency and banking statutes.
  • Draft motions, replies, and evidence compilations for proceedings.
  • Assist in client briefings and strategy sessions.
  • Track case timelines and ensure procedural adherence.
  • Law students in 3rd year or above (5-year program) or 2nd year (3-year program).
