  • Assist in legal research across corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft basic agreements, notices, and client memos under partner supervision.
  • Shadow court hearings, client meetings, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Support compliance checks and due diligence for transactions.

  • Contribute to firm knowledge base through case summaries.
  • Pursuing or final-year LLB students.
  • Strong academic record and recommendation from law school head.
  • Basic skills in legal writing, research, and communication.

  • Willingness to commit to at least one month full-time.
  • Obtain a signed recommendation letter from your law school's Vice-Chancellor or Head.
  • Prepare a concise resume highlighting academics and any prior exposure.
