IICA bridges academia and industry, equipping professionals with skills in emerging areas like alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation.

  • Undertake research on mediation, negotiation, and ADR trends, producing reports, articles, and white papers.
  • Develop content for training modules and online courses focused on dispute resolution techniques.
  • Market and promote educational programs in mediation through digital and outreach strategies.
  • Manage the online learning platform (e.g., Blackboard LMS) for course delivery and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate on business development initiatives to expand IICA's ADR offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, economics, or allied fields.
  • Minimum 2 years in research/academia; Master's in law with ADR focus desirable.
  • UGC NET qualified; mediation training from recognized institutions preferred.
  • Proficiency in content creation, LMS tools, and analytical writing; publications a plus.
