Interns benefit from direct mentorship, building skills in negotiation and empathetic client counseling.

  • Research family law precedents, including Hindu Marriage Act and domestic violence provisions.
  • Draft petitions, affidavits, and settlement agreements for court filings.
  • Accompany advocate to family court hearings for observation and assistance.
  • Prepare client briefs and mediation notes for dispute resolutions.
  • Maintain case records and support administrative tasks in firm operations.

  • Contribute to client consultations on alimony and child rights strategies.
  • 2nd or final-year LLB students with interest in family law.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills; empathy for sensitive issues.
  • Full-time availability (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Saturday).

  • Mumbai residency preferred.
