  • Manage civil and commercial litigation portfolios with independence.
  • Handle arbitration and IBC/NCLT proceedings end-to-end.
  • Draft development agreements, JVs, and lease deeds.
  • Conduct title due diligence and prepare detailed reports.

  • Perform legal research to support strategic client advisory.
  • LLB from recognized university; Bar Council enrollment.
  • 1-3 years in litigation/real estate (freshers considered with strong academics).

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
