  • Engage directly with clients to provide guidance and track case progress.
  • Lead negotiations between debtors and creditors for amicable settlements.
  • Draft settlement agreements, notices, and compliance documents.
  • Conduct research on debt recovery laws and industry updates.
  • Evaluate case outcomes to enhance client satisfaction and firm strategies.

  • Assist in tribunal filings and arbitration preparations.
  • Final-year LLB students or 2023-2025 graduates.
  • Interest in arbitration, debt law, and client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to relocate to Noida for on-site immersion.
  • Basic knowledge of SARFAESI Act and DRT procedures.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
