  • Analyze contracts for risk assessment in cross-border deals.

  • Attend client consultations and court proceedings for exposure.
  • Pursuing LLB (4th/5th year preferred) with 60%+ academics.
  • Basic knowledge of IP laws and corporate statutes; research aptitude.
