  • Assist in company incorporations, compliance filings, and secretarial audits under the Companies Act.

  • Conduct due diligence reviews for M&A transactions and draft ancillary agreements.
  • Research evolving case laws in IPR and corporate disputes to inform client advisories.
  • Collaborate on litigation support, including filing replies and attending hearings.
  • 3rd-5th year LLB students or fresh graduates from recognized institutions.
  • Strong interest in IPR, corporate compliance, or arbitration; prior moot court participation preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools like Manupatra and excellent drafting skills.
  • Draft a cover letter (300 words) outlining your IPR/corporate interests.
