  • Support negotiations with external counterparties and law firms.
  • Collaborate with business teams on regulatory compliance and internal policies.
  • Conduct research on domestic and cross-border legal issues.
  • Contribute to governance structures and digitization projects.

  • Prepare reports for management on legal queries.
  • 4th or 5th-year law students from reputed colleges.
  • Prior experience in law firms or corporate legal roles preferred.
