  • Research arbitration clauses in commercial contracts.
  • Assist in client advisory on regulatory risks.
  • Prepare board resolutions and statutory returns.

  • Support litigation prep for dispute resolution.
  • Final-year LLB/LLM students.
  • Knowledge of corporate law; research aptitude.
