  • Prepare contracts, MoUs, and legal notices for partnerships.
  • Manage trademark applications and IPR documentation.
  • Oversee corporate filings and regulatory submissions.
  • Organize legal archives and track compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on policy implementation.

  • Assist in vendor agreements and risk assessments.
  • 3rd year+ in 5-year LL.B. or 2nd year+ in 3-year LL.B.
  • Solid skills in drafting, research, and record-keeping.
  • Enthusiasm for corporate law, IPR, and healthcare sector.
