The Insolvency Scholars Forum (ISF), an initiative of the Insolvency Law Academy (ILA), invites original research paper submissions for the 5th ISF Meeting 2027. The meeting will be held alongside the 5th ILA Annual Conference at the Neemrana Fort-Palace, Rajasthan, from March 12–14, 2027. The last date for abstract submission is August 31, 2026.

The forum brings together leading academicians, researchers, practitioners, judges, policymakers, and professionals from around the world to discuss emerging developments and shape the future of insolvency law and policy.

The 5th ISF Meeting will be conducted alongside the 5th ILA Annual Conference, providing selected authors with an opportunity to present their research before an international audience of experts and engage in meaningful discussions on contemporary insolvency and restructuring issues.

The organizers also welcome submissions on other contemporary issues relating to insolvency, restructuring, and bankruptcy law.
