This edited volume seeks to explore the evolving role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in modern justice systems. The book aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students to critically examine innovative approaches to dispute resolution in the age of technology, globalization, and legal transformation.
